Pencil Sketch, then brushpen with Pentel and Faber Castel brushpens. I did use the "Kodomo Manga: Super Cute!" book by Kamikaze Factory Studio as an inspiration, but I changed up the eyes and added my own embellishments.

After scanning, I blurred it a little.
